Who We Are: Cooper County MRC Unit 460 is a team of medical and non-medical volunteers committed to enhancing public health and emergency preparedness in our community and support to response of local disasters. Our housing/sponsering entity is our very own local Cooper County Public Health Center, and we work alongside local emergency services, and other organizations to respond to local emergencies and promote community resilience.

Below you will see Medical Reserve Corps Unit 460's coordinator, Jesse DeVillier, assisting at the St.Louis Disaster Center following the tornado that devestated Downtown St. Louis and other neighboring areas. Jesse brought Hygiene Kits for victums, activity kits for children, and provided portable cooling stations to all victums visiting the Disaster Center during the extreme heat and his deployment.
