Motion to move into closed session for the following purpose:

Per 610.021 of the Missouri Sunshine law Sections One (1) - Legal / Section Five (5)- HIPAA/Medical / Section Eight (8) Welfare Client care.

Agenda of closed meeting:

1.       Discussion of client issue- sections 1, 5, 8

2.       Approve past closed meeting minutes.

1.       Monthly meeting dates  Tax Levy Hearing  & Regular Board Meeting August 2,  2022 and September 6th meeting suggest change to 13th to avoid holiday conflicts

2.       Program updates (Environmental Public Health Inspections (EPHS), Women Infants and Children (WIC), Immunizations, Participation Agreement for State Investment in Local Public Health Services; including Children’s Health Insurance Program (Core), Maternal Child Health Services (MCH), Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP), Adult Imm Contract- ELC contract
