Cooper County Public Health Center (CCPHC) wants to know your thoughts about your challenges in eating healthy. CCPHC is interested in discovering families' challenges regarding eating healthy. This is a short survey to help us identify these challenges and try to help families overcome any obstacles they face with eating a healthy diet.
All answers will be kept confidential. The Cooper County Healthy Diet Survey quiz is now available and will take 2 minutes to complete. Please be sure to submit it by 5/12/2023.

The Cooper County Board of Trustees meets the second Tuesday of each month here at the office. Board meeting day and times may change with 24 hours’ notice. Board meetings may be canceled due to inclement weather, holidays or the inability to attain a quorum.
The meeting begins at 6:00 P. M. unless otherwise announced.
The meeting notices are posted on the inside of the main lobby door for viewing by those interested.
